Shipping policy

All orders placed at Abba-Express.com ship from Sacramento, California within 2 to 3 business days of your order date.

Depending on where you live in the US, your package will arrive within 3–10 business days of the date it was shipped when using the free shipping option. If you choose a faster (paid) shipping option, your package will arrive sooner.

The free shipping option is only available to U.S. addresses in the lower 48 states.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information for your package. Please save this information (a screenshot works well) — it can be very useful if there is ever an issue with a lost order.

We try to ship as many orders as possible, as fast as possible.

Lost orders

If more than 10 business days have passed and your order has not yet arrived, please email us at contact@abba-express.com with the subject line "LOST ORDER" and include a screenshot of the tracking information you received when you placed your order, so we can file a report with the shipping company and try to locate your package.
