Cook beans the traditional Mexican way with this small Frijolera, a clay bean pot inspired by the classic pots used since the era of the Mexican Revolution.

With a quarter-kilo capacity, this pot is sized for smaller batches, and clay's natural heat retention helps give slow-cooked beans that deeper, homemade flavor a metal pot can't quite match. Being a handcrafted piece, shape and design will vary slightly from pot to pot and from the photo shown.

• Material: 100% clay
• Capacity: quarter kilo (small size)
• Function: boiling and slow-cooking beans for authentic homemade flavor
• Origin: handmade in México
• Care: hand wash; season with water before first extended use

A great fit for anyone searching for a small frijolera, Mexican clay bean pot, or traditional bean-cooking pot, this piece from Abba-Express brings real homemade flavor to your kitchen.
